With over 20 years of experience leading championship-level teams and organizations, Meg Stevens is a nationally recognized voice in women’s leadership, resilience, and high-performance culture.

As President of Arizona Athletic Grounds, one of the largest sports and entertainment complexes in the United States, Meg oversees more than 200 staff and 280 acres of facilities — driving innovation, partnerships, and athlete experience.

Before AAG, Meg spent 11 years transforming Averett University into a national model of excellence, where her “3-2-1 Philosophy” — achieve a 3.0 GPA, finish top 2 in conference, and operate as one team — became a movement that shaped athletic and academic success.

A former collegiate coach and NCAA speaker, Meg has addressed national audiences on leadership, women in sports, and building resilient cultures. Her career has earned recognition from Nike, NACDA, and Women Leaders in Sports, where she served as President (2023–24).
