delivering powerful, authentic keynotes
With over two decades of experience building high-performing teams and organizations, Meg Stevens has become a trusted voice in sports leadership and women’s empowerment.
Today, as President of Arizona Athletic Grounds, one of the largest sports and entertainment complexes in the United States, Meg leads a team of more than 200 and oversees 280 acres of world-class facilities.
Drawing on her experiences from the locker room to the boardroom, Meg delivers powerful, authentic keynotes that move audiences to action.
Before AAG, Meg spent 11 years at Averett University, where she transformed the athletics department through her “3-2-1” Philosophy aiming for a 3.0 GPA, a top-2 finish in every sport, and a united “one team” culture.
Her leadership journey began at Buffalo State, where she served as Assistant Director of Athletics and head women’s lacrosse coach, guiding her teams to national rankings and multiple Coach of the Year honors.
Building Teams. Driving Culture. Creating Impact.
At Arizona Athletic Grounds, Meg has led over 300 major initiatives in her first year — including launching a sports performance program, securing new sponsorships, and hosting world-class events such as USA Basketball 3X Nationals, Athletes Unlimited Pro Volleyball, and the Carvana PPA Mesa Cup.
Under her direction, AAG has become a hub for innovation, teamwork, and athlete development — and was selected as a FIFA World Cup 2026™ team base camp.
Meg’s leadership extends beyond operations; she’s a mentor, connector, and advocate for inclusive excellence in sports.
