With over two decades of experience building high-performing teams and organizations, Meg Stevens is a nationally recognized voice in leadership, culture, and women’s empowerment.

Today, as Executive Director of Chelsea Piers Connecticut, Meg leads one of the region’s premier sports and recreation organizations, driving strategy, culture, growth, and exceptional experiences.

Drawing on her experiences from the locker room to the boardroom, Meg delivers powerful, authentic keynotes that move audiences to action.

Previously, Meg served as President of Arizona Athletic Grounds, leading more than 200 employees across one of the nation’s largest sports and entertainment complexes.

Before that, Meg spent 11 years at Averett University, transforming athletics through her “3-2-1 Philosophy”,  a 3.0 GPA, top-two conference finish, and united “one team” culture.

At Chelsea Piers Connecticut, Meg leads one of the region’s premier sports and recreation organizations, overseeing a diverse operation focused on growth, innovation, exceptional experiences, and building high-performing teams.

Previously, as President of Arizona Athletic Grounds, Meg led more than 300 major initiatives and helped position the 280-acre campus as a destination for world-class events and sports tourism.

Meg’s leadership extends beyond operations; she’s a mentor, connector, and advocate for women in leadership and building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
